How lesafe handles your data

01Who we are

lesafe.ai is an early-stage product for building safety certification files for AI and autonomous systems. This site is currently a pre-launch page whose only purpose is to tell you what we're building and let you join the early access list. For anything privacy-related, contact us at hello@lesafe.ai.

02What we collect

Email address. If you join the early access list, we collect the email address you submit. That's the only information the form asks for, and we don't buy, scrape, or enrich it with other data.

Basic technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to serve the site securely and reliably. We don't use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

03What we use it for

Your email is used for one thing: contacting you about lesafe early access and product updates. We won't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can also just ask us to remove you.

04Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each processing data on our behalf: Formspree (form handling — receives and stores list signups), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, and security for this site), and Google Fonts (typeface delivery, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its processing.

05How long we keep it

We keep early access emails until the list has served its purpose or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. If lesafe launches, we'll replace this notice with a full policy covering the product itself before asking you for anything more than an email.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you're in the EU/EEA and the CCPA if you're in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. For a mailing list of email addresses, the practical version is simple: email hello@lesafe.ai and we'll show you what we have, fix it, or delete it, typically within a few days.

07Changes

If this notice changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use the early access list will be announced to the list itself before they take effect.
